You can review and enter Allergen Specific IgE test results in the Orders panel.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - On the SOAP - Allergy template, expand the Orders panel, and then select Labs.
   
    The ordered tests display in the grid.
   
 
  - Select the ordered test from the grid, and then select Edit.
   
    The Orders Edit template opens.
   
 
  - In the Result/report section, do the following:
   
    - Select Completed after you have evaluated the test values.
 
    - Select the On field, and select the test evaluation date.
 
    - Enter Reason/comment and Interpretation. 
 
   
 
  - Select Save & Close.
