Process Lab Orders
Select the Lab/Radiology Order Processing link above the Today's Orders grid.
The
Process and Submit Lab/Radiology Orders template opens.
Select Labs or Radiology option. Select Vendor and select the appropriate vendor option from the list. Highlight the row for the order in the Order Hold grid. The Include selected order arrow appears. Select the Include selected order arrow to move the order to the Orders for Selected Vendor section. The Process/Submit and AOE buttons appear at the bottom of the template.
Select AOE to answer any questions associated with the orders. Select Process/Submit to include this order in the Orders module. Select Save & Close to return to the Checkout

Today's Orders Panel The Today's Orders panel allows you to process any lab or radiology orders that the provider documented in the My Plan template. You can add and edit an order from the Today's Orders panel. The types of orders available in the Today's Orders panel are Labs, Diagnostics, Referrals, Office Services, Surgical Procedures, Follow up, Medications, Patient Education, Physical Therapy, and Immunizations.The numbers next to the items in the left pane indicates the number of items in the queue. Today's Orders Different buttons appear below the Today's Orders grid, depending on the order type you select in the blue pane: If you select the Lab order type, the Requisition button appears to generate the Requisition document with the lab or radiology requisition details. If you select the Procedures order type, the PreOp button and Scheduling button appear to generate the Preop Visit template and Procedure Scheduling template respectively.
