Group Findings
Each finding marked on an exam tool image creates a separate record in the Findings grid on the GET. When you access the Dermatology Quick Exams - PE or Biopsy/Destruction/Shave - Procedures templates, those findings also appear as individual records in the grids on the templates.
This is appropriate for many findings, such as lesions, as you would typically address each lesion finding individually. However, for certain findings, such as acne, you would treat the condition as a whole and not each marked finding. In that case, you would want to have the individual findings grouped on the templates as a single record, enabling you to address all findings for that condition at the same time.
