Pre-Procedure Care Panel on the ASC - Preprocedure Template

The Pre-procedure Care panel is used to document patient's Consent, Bill of Rights, preferred language, pre-procedure checklist, and any lab and/or medication details. The Allergies link opens the Allergies module to document the allergies details. The Medications link opens the Medications module to enter the patient's medication details. For information on the Medications module documentation, see Medications Module. If the case ID of the encounters is the same, the details documented in this panel in the current encounter carry forward to the next encounter.
