Enter Document Signatures

Multiple people may be required to sign a document. Security on the Signatures panel is set up so that only the person who checks a signature line can alter it in any way. The name of the user who is logged into the system populates in the name field, along with the date of the signature. Electronic signature software can be used to capture the signature of the client or parent/guardian. Place a check mark next to the labels that apply. If needed, enter or modify any Credentials to further identify a signature. Select N/A to indicate a signature is not applicable and clear the fields of anything that may have been entered in the same row. Click the Send Task button to forward the template to the next person in line to sign off. If your signature does not fall under the preset options, use the Additional Staff section. After ‘signing’, the signer clicks on the Send Task button in the upper right of this panel. The template is sent to the next person who has to sign off. Record Signatures on the Group Therapy Progress Note

Multiple people may be required to sign a treatment plan. Security on the Signatures panel is set up so that only the person who checks a signature line can alter it in any way. The name of the user who is logged on to the computer populates in the name field, along with the date of the signature. After ‘signing,’ the signer clicks on the Send Task button in the upper right of this panel. The template is sent to the next person who has to sign off. Electronic signature software can be used to capture the signature for client and/or parent/guardian. To record signatures in the Signatures panel, place a check mark next to the applicable label(s). Enter any Credentials to further identify a signature. Select N/A to indicate that a signature is not applicable and clear the fields of anything that may have been entered in the same row. Sign Off on Shift Notes

Signing off in the Signatures panel indicates that the entered shift notes have been reviewed. The grid on the Signatures panel does not copy forward and is not shared onto any other template. Open the BH - Residential Shift Note template and expand the Signatures panel. Place a check mark next to the label(s) that apply. When a label is selected, the Name and Date fills the corresponding fields. If needed, enter or modify any Credentials to further identify a signature. Note: The practice can pre-set credentials for users in File Maintenance. To indicate that a signature is not applicable and clear the fields of anything that may have been entered in the same row, select the N/A option. To forward the template to the next person in line to sign off on the documented shift note, click Send Task. Sign the Behavioral Health Document

Multiple people can sign the Behavioral Health document utilizing the Signature panel. Security on the Signatures panel is set up so that only the person who checks a signature line can alter it in any way. The client and/or parent/guardian’s signatures can be captured with electronic signature software. To document your signature in the Signatures panel, place a check mark next to the appropriate label. The current user’s name fills the Name field and the current date populates the date of the signature. Enter your Credentials. Select N/A to indicate that a signature is not applicable and to clear the fields of anything that may have been entered in the same row. Click the Send Task button to forward the template to the next person who needs to record their signature. If your signature does not fall under the preset options, enter your Name and Credentials in the Additional Staff section. Enter Comments as needed. Click Add.
