Columns	Description
Indicator(*)	The Indicator column label displays as: * (asterisk). An [*] asterisk next to the Summary of Care document indicates the current row selection in the grid.
Document Date	This matches the date provided in the patient’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) document list.
Document Description	This matches the document name created during the HIE exchange.
Practice	This is the Practice in the patient’s HIE document list. This column benefits Enterprise chart users.
Provider Recipient	This matches the associated provider in the patient's HIE document list. This field may be blank.

Columns in the Summary of Care Requests Grid

You get various details in the columns of Summary of Care Requests grid. The Summary of Care Requests grid contains the following columns: Columns Description Request Date The date of the associated request. This is either a system-generated request or manual request. System Queried The name of the external system that used for the query. Request User The user associated with the request. This may be a system-generated request, and the user may display as a system user. Received This is associated with the original request status. This column contains one of the two following values. No documents Implies there are no imported documents in the patient’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) document list associated with this request. View and Add Summary of Care Requests and Documents

The Received/Requested Summary of Care section includes the following two options: Summary of Care Received Summary of Care Requests An [*] asterisk next to either the Summary of Care Received or Summary of Care Requests fields indicates the current option being reviewed in the grid. The Summary of Care requests grid contains the last 18 months of Summary of Care requests associated with the patient's Summary of Care documents. The Summary of Care Requests section provides you the flexibility to select a single request and associate a single, multiple, or all documents with the Associated Requests and/or Summary of Care Documents Received grid. The Summary of Care documents grid contains the last 18 months of Summary of Care documents imported from a third-party, Health Information Exchange (HIE) and are a part of the patient’s chart. The documents may include an original request from the provider or clinical staff. The documents may also be imported through HIE without a request. Open

You obtain various details in the columns of Associated Requests and/or Summary of Care Documents Received grid. The Associated Requests and/or Summary of Care Documents Received grid contains the following columns: Columns Description Document Date Matches the date provided in the patient’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) document list. View and Add Summary of Care Documents Received

You can view and add details of summary of care documents received. Add the Summary of Care Details in the Associated Requests and /or Summary of Care Documents Received Grid

Using the Summary of Care Received option, you can add the Summary of Care document details automatically and manually in the Associated Requests and/or Summary of Care Documents Received grid. NextGen® Enterprise EHR automatically fills the Associated Requests and/or Summary of Care Documents Received grid with data from the Summary of Care document when the document is associated with the current encounter. This current encounter details are stored during the request functionality and/or the clinical reconciliation process. Each Summary of Care document details display as a separate row in the grid. A single Summary of Care document can satisfy multiple transitioning into care encounters. If the patient is enrolled in Enterprise Chart, you can see Summary of Care documents from different practices. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Intake or SOAP template, expand General.
