Use the procedure codes added in the Manage Custom Links template to set up links for orders, diagnostics, office medications/procedures/supplies/labs, and instructions in the Assessment Plan Customization practice template.
From the File menu, double-click System / Practice Template.
The Select Template window opens.
On the Practice tab, under Show, select All to search for and double-click Assessment Plan Customization.
The Assessment Plan Customization template opens.
In the Orders Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) DBPicklists section, set the Display filter option to Specialty List.
Scroll down the grid to view the custom procedure codes.
Multiple labs configured for the specialty display.
Right-click anywhere on the grid and select Add New.
The FC Orders template displays.
Click and select the appropriate values for the template fields.
Click Save, and then click Close.
In the Orders Sets (My Plan/Custom Plan) DBPicklists section, click Save & Close.
