Add Virtual Visit Service Items to Service Categories

You must add the Virtual Visit codes to the Card Visit Level service category to bill for telehealth visits, and to see the codes on the CARD Setup Visit Types practice template.

1. Open File Maintenance.
2. Click Master Files, select System, and then select Service Categories.
3. In Service Categories List Search, enter Card Visit Level.
   Card Visit Level appears in the search results.
4. Double-click the search result Card Visit Level.
   The Modify Service Category Information window opens.
5. On the Modify Service Category Information window, click the folder button and search for the virtual visit code.
6. Select the virtual visit code, and click the right arrow to include the code in the service category.
7. Select OK.
