Columns in GET Reason for Visit Grid
The GET is delivered with a set of predefined columns for the Reason for visit grid, which appears below the image on the GET. When you click a location for a particular finding, a record is added to the Reason for visit grid. The data in the Reason for visit grid is not stored in any other location. You must use the Dermatology Quick Exams - PE template to fully document the findings. All defined columns in the set appear in the GET Findings grid. You can remove columns and change the order in which they appear on the grid. Your practice may decide to reduce the number of columns that display. For the average user who will be documenting all exam descriptions, management, and plans on the Dermatology Quick Exams - PE template, the most commonly used columns are Finding Name, Region, Dx1 code, Quantity, and Action. You cannot add any columns to the GET or change the properties of existing columns. You can use the document macro to add the column data to your master document. The column

This helps to take photos with a digital camera and then save them to the hard drive. Select the photo before placing the marker on the image in GET. This automatically associates the photo to the specific marker finding. Only the Findings column should display (show Finding Images as False). It is possible to attach
