Document the Patient's Assessed Needs, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions

The intended use of this standalone popup is to enable users to easily add, update, view, and maintain the client’s needs, goals, objectives and interventions.

Needs can be identified in the Concerns tab of the Comprehensive Assessment as well as documented directly on the standalone popup. The user can then associate Goals, Objectives, and Interventions to the appropriate needs.

This standalone popup is also available as a panel in the Brief Assessment (BH), Integrated Service Plan (BH), and IDD Functional Assessment (BH) templates. You can also add this popup as a tab or Sub-nav link to easily access this data during your normal workflow.

Open File > System \ Practice Template.
Open the BH Foundation Configuration template.
Expand the Tabs & Sub Navigation panel.
Select the program.
The configured tabs for the selected program appear in the Tabs section.
In the Sub Navigation section, select the tab in the Tab Name list where you need to keep the link for the Needs, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions template.
The configured navigation links appear, if available.
In the appropriate Sub Nav box, enter a caption and select the template tis_goals_obj_int.
Select Add.
The navigation is added to the selected tab.
