Additional BH Configuration

You can use the BH - Configuration practice template to set up the following options in NextGen® Behavioral Health Suite: ASAM Enables the ASAM template for your practice. Allow patient procedure activity against locked encounters Enables billing activity to occur without having to unlock encounters. Enable CCBHC requirements Displays additional fields for CCBHC content for practices required to adhere to reporting standards. Allow billing code submission without document Enables code submission on the Charges panel without documents present. Assessment/Reassessment Billing Enables you to show/hide fields on the Assessment/Diagnosis panel on the Assessment/Reassessment Billing template. Required Fields Configuration

Open the BH Foundation Configuration template, and then expand the Required Fields Configuration panel. Required Fields Configuration panel For the required template, select the checkbox next to the field to make it required. Select Save. Open the BH Foundation Configuration Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens with the system-related templates. Select All. The list of all the system templates opens. Enable the Cancer Registry Option on Practice Configuration

You can control the display of registry-specific fields, including the Required Fields check box on the Onc Treatment Summary template by enabling the Cancer Registry option on the Practice Configuration template. Click the File menu and select System\Practice Template. On the Select Template window, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All to see a complete list of practice templates. To access the Practice Configuration template, do one of the following: Double click Practice Configuration. Select Practice Configuration and click OK. The Practice Configuration template appears.
