Open the Opiate Treatment Program Setup template. Expand the Opiate Treatment Active Patient List panel. Select the record in the grid. The patient and phase details appear in the respective fields. Optional: To remove data from all of the fields, select Clear. Modify the required details, and then select Update. The updated details appear in the grid.
