Server Tab
The Server tab enables you to enter details about your ports, server memory, log levels, and view log files. The following fields are available on the Server page. Function Description Web Start Port Accesses the launch page for the Mirth® Connect Administrator. Default: 8080 Administrator Port This port is used by the Mirth Connect Administrator to communicate with the Mirth® Connect Server. Default: 8443 Server Memory (mb) The server's maximum available memory (Java max heap size). By default this is 256 MB, but for large production instances you will typically want to increase this value. Main Log Level Database Log Level Channel Log Level These fields enables you to select the applicable log level from the drop-down menus. Available options include: ERROR WARN INFO DEBUG TRACE Depending on the log level, messages of the selected level or lower will pass into that level's log when the system logs a certain-level message. Database Tab
The Database tab enables you to manage Mirth® Connect's internal database. The following fields are available on the Database tab. Function Description Type Select the database on which Mirth® Connect will store data. URL The Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) URL string associated with selected type. Username/Password The user's unique personal identifier/access code Warning: Mirth® Connect's default database, Apache Derby, is included only to help you set up quickly. The Mirth® Connect Server Manager enables you to configure and access your Mirth® Connect Server. For Windows and Mac OS X version installations, the Mirth® Connect Server Manager application resides in the system tray (Windows) or in the Applications > Mirth Connect folder (Mac). Command Center Tab
The Command Center Tab displays the general settings that pertain to the Command Center. The Status on the tab shows whether the Mirth® Connect server is currently registered or unregistered with the Mirth Command Center. Tasks This section shows the tasks that can be performed on the Command Center Tab. Task Icon Task Name Description Register Registers this Mirth® Connect server with Mirth Command Center. Unregister Unregisters this Mirth® Connect server with Mirth Command Center.
