Archive Settings

Item	Name	Description
I	Enable Archiving	Determines whether message / attachment data is saved to disk before being pruned. Select Yes to save message / attachment data to disk prior to being pruned. Select No to perform a prune without saving message / attachment data.
J	Archiver Block Size	The number of messages that will be cached by the archiver. Increase this value to improve performance. Decrease this value to reduce memory usage. This value must be between 1 and 1,000. The recommended value for most servers is 50.
K	Content	The type of content that is exported from the messages. Note: XML serialized message is the only type that can be re-imported, and it includes all content across the message in a single XML file. Encrypt: Check Encrypt to encrypt the exported message content with the server's encryption key. Include Attachments: Check Include Attachments to include all attachments associated with the message in your exported file. Note that the content type must be set to XML serialized message to perform this action.
L	Compression	When compression is enabled, the files/folders created according to the File Pattern are put into a compressed file in the Root Path. Select one of the following supported compression types: None: This selection will not apply compress to the created files/folders. ZIP tar.gz tar.bz2
M	Password Protect	This option is only available if ZIP compression is selected. Select Yes to protect the resulting ZIP file with the password entered in the Password field. When selected, you can also choose what encryption algorithm to use when password-protecting files. The following algorithms are supported: Standard, AES-128, AES-256. Select No to create an unprotected .ZIP file.
N	Password	Enter the password to be used If password protection is selected in the Password Protect field.
O	Root Path	Enter the root path where you store the exported files/folder or compressed file. Relative paths are resolved against the Mirth® Connect Server home directory.
P	File Pattern	Enter the file/folder pattern where the exported message files are written. Variables from the Variables list can be used in the pattern.
Q	Variables	Contains several common variables you can use to populate the File Pattern. For additional information, see Velocity Variable Replacement.

SMTP Sender

This destination connector sends an e-mail to a specified address (or list of addresses), through a given SMTP relay/host. Both implicit and explicit (STARTTLS) encryption modes are supported. The body can be either text or HTML. Custom headers and attachments can be added to the request as well. Export Results

You can export channel messages using the Export Results window. When you select the Export Results task, an options window opens. Note that all messages matching the current search criteria are exported, not only the ones shown on the current page. Message Storage Settings

Message storage settings enable you to determine how much message data your channel will store, whether to encrypt content, and whether to automatically delete content after messages are finished processing. This section of the Summary Tab enables you to determine how much message data your channel will store, whether to encrypt content, and whether to automatically delete content after messages are finished processing. Import Messages

Note that only messages that have been exported with the "XML serialized message" option are able to be imported. Item Name Description A Import From If Server is chosen, messages are imported from the server file system. If My Computer is chosen, messages from the machine running the Administrator are imported into the server. Select Browse to select a file or folder from your local computer. B File/Folder/Archive Select a specific message XML file, a folder containing message XML files, or a zip/tar.gz/tar.bz2 compressed archive containing message XML files. Document Writer

This destination connector takes an HTML template and converts it into either a PDF or RTF document. Custom embedded stylesheets are supported. That document can then be written out to a file and/or stored as a message attachment. The page size can be specified, and for PDFs you can also encrypt the document with a password.
