4.1.0 Upgrade Notes

Warning: Open issue with SMB File Reader/Writer In 4.1.0, you may encounter errors with the SMB mode of the File Reader/Writer connector, relating to a third-party library. If you currently use the SMB mode for reading or writing files, it's best to wait until a patch version is available. If you've already upgraded to 4.1.0 and you're encountering this issue, there is a workaround documented in the issue: #5327. Update log4j Library Because of the upgrade from log4j to log4j2, the old log4j.properties file has been replaced with the new log4j2.properties file. Note: If you have custom properties in your current log4j.properties file, you will need to these will need to be applied to the new log4j2.properties file . Parent topic: Upgrade Guide

3.0.2 Upgrade Notes

Channel Updates The Database Reader no longer prepends table name to the column name or alias regardless of how many tables are used in the query. Each element name in the generated XML will be the alias if one exists, otherwise it will be the column name. Users connecting to Postgres or Oracle databases with the Database Reader connector should not be required to make any changes. Users connecting to other databases should update their channels accordingly if needed. It is recommended to always use a unique alias. Note: Code templates in 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 were not being restricted from certain JavaScript scopes based on their context. Users upgrading from these versions to 3.0.2+ should check their code templates to ensure their contexts are correctly set. See MIRTH-3150 for more information. Parent topic: Upgrade Guide
