Number	Name	Description
1	Title	The Title identifies the Chanel ID and the Event Name or Connector Identifier for the selected channel.
2	Internal Code	This is the thread interruption point which appears where the internal code of the debug option starts (i.e., the “importClass – function() ”. line). As you test your script, you can see the state of various objects and variables in the lines prior to the interruption line.
3	Custom JavaScript	Any custom JavaScript displays normally within the “doScript() ” boundary.

Name Description Open Opens a dialog which allows you to select JavaScript from the system which is pulled into a new window in the debugger workspace. Run Allows you to select JavaScript from the system which is pulled into the debugger window for execution. The new test interruption point will be the next executable line. Name Description Break Pauses to interrupt the running code in the test. Go Continues running the test until the end or to the next breakpoint. Step Into Increments the execution by one line. If the next line is inside a function, then the interruption will step into the function allowing the view of the context within. Step Over If the current function has been called by another function, then Step Over returns to the previous function. Otherwise it continues running the test to the end or to the next breakpoint (like the Go function). Step Out Progresses the execution to the next line outside of the current function. Break on Exceptions Continues running the test script until an exception occurs. Break on Function Enter Continues and then breaks once you reach a new function. Name Description Cut Copies the highlighted text to the system clipboard and removes the text from the debugger window. Copy Copies the highlighted text to the system clipboard. Paste Places the system clipboard text into the current location of the cursor in the debugger window. Go to function... Moves the cursor to a specific named function within the script. Go to line... The Menu Bar allows you to perform actions on the Debugger window. 2 Coding Area The Coding area displays Mirth® Connect code and custom JavaScript associated with the channel debugger 3 Local Variables Area The Local Variables area shows the values and values and the current state of local variables associated with the debugger results. 4 Expressions Area The Expressions area allows you to evaluate an expression to determine what a value is. You can also evaluate a snippet of code in this area. 5 Thread Information Bar The Thread Information bar identifies the following information: Connector type (Ex: JavaScript Writer) Channel Name (Ex: “Debugger Channel”) Channel ID Location of JavaScript (Ex: destination “Physician (2)” where “Physician” is the name of a destination connector and “2”

Event Attributes Table

The attributes table at the bottom of the Event Browser shows more detailed information about a particular event. This will typically include the channel ID / name, if the event is a channel operation like start/stop/deploy. If the event is an error, the attributes table will typically show any exception associated with the event. Code Template Contexts

Similar to how a code template library can be included only on specific channels, code templates can further be isolated to specific scripts. This can be helpful for ensuring that there are no conflicts between function names, and also for better memory usage, since not all code templates need to be compiled in with all scripts across your entire server. The script contexts are organized into groups, allowing you to easily include a code template in, for example, all global scripts, in a single select. The following groups are displayed: Global Scripts: The global deploy/undeploy/preprocessor/postprocessor scripts, not specific to any particular channel.
