View Future Group Appointments for a Patient Group
The Appointments tab on the Patient Group window enables you to view future group appointments scheduled for the group. The tab is view only and changes cannot be made from this tab.
Access Patient Groups.
The Patient Group Search window opens.
Search for a Patient GroupFrom the Matching Records section of the Patient Group Search window, select a group and then do one of the following:
Select Open.
Select Open Menu and select Open.
Right-click and select Open.
The Patient Group window opens.
Select the Appointments tab.
The Scheduled Group Appointments section lists future appointments for the group in ascending order by date and time. The following information displays for each appointment listed:
Date/Time
Event
Resource
Location
To change the default sort by Date/Time, select a column header.
The Show Next field defaults to 5. To view fewer or more future appointments for the group, enter a value between 1 and 25 and then select Refresh results .
The tab refreshes and the Scheduled Group Appointments section shows the number of appointment selected.
