Status Bar Buttons

Icon	Description
	Appears when you have new unread email. Opens the NextGen Mailbox window.
	Appears when you cut an appointment in the Appointment Book and disappears after you paste the appointment.
	Appears when you copy an appointment in the Appointment Book.
	Appears when you view a patient's records. Opens the Patient Chart window.
	Appears when you view an account. Opens the Account Profile window.
	Appears when you have open tasks. Enables you to access the Worklog Manager window.
	Appears when you view a patient's records. Indicates the patient's enrollment status in NextGen® PxP Portal.

Desktop Status Bar

You can view the current status of the application as well as information about the system on the Status Bar on the main desktop in NextGen® Enterprise PM. PM Desktop The following information appears on the Status Bar. Status Bar Items Details Status Displays the current status of the application. For example, Ready, or Loading form, please wait. Message Displays text from the Status Bar Information field in Practice Preferences. Icons Displays one or more icons, when applicable. Database Displays the name of the current database. For example, NGProd. User Displays your username and user ID. Version Displays the current version of the application. Date/Time Displays the system's current date and time. Status Bar

The Status bar is located at the bottom of the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Main window. The Status bar displays the system date, current user, and practice names. It shows whether the Number, Caps, and Scroll Locks on the user keyboard are turned on or off. If the practice uses NextGen® PxP Portal, an icon indicates the patient's current enrollment status. Status Bar
