Delete a No Device Configuration in TSYS Express

Before you begin To delete a no device configuration, you must have access to the Payment Processing preference on the Practice Preferences window and the Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice. The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. Select Gateway IDs. The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens. In the IP Address/NoDevice list, select the no device configuration you want to delete. Select Delete and then select Save. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General. The User Preferences window opens on the General tab. On the User Preferences window, select the Payment Processing tab. In the Credit Card Devices list, select the no device configuration that you want to delete. Select open menu , and select Delete. Configure Payment Processing for TSYS Express with No Device

The following guidelines are applicable when configuring payment processing with no device: You can add only one no device configuration to a practice. You can add up to 20 gateway IDs with a no device configuration. You can add a no device configuration to each user and add it to their User Preferences. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice.The Practice Preferences window opens. From Preference List, select Payment Processing. In Credit Card Processor, select TSYS-Express. Select Gateway IDs.The TSYS-Express Configuration window opens. Select the No Device check box and select Add.The following fields get populated: Field Populated With New IP Address A system generated four-digit unique no device ID appears in this field. New Device Name The name No Device appears in this field. IP Address/No Device The system generated no device unique ID appears in the list. Set Up User Preferences for No Device Credit Card Processing - TSYS Express

You must set up and add a No Device configuration to each user who will be processing credit card payments without a device. The No Device configuration is generated from the No Device information entered on the TSYS-Express Configuration window in Practice Preferences Payment Processing. A user or a workstation can be linked to both a No Device configuration and a VeriFone device. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General > Payment Processing tab. The Payment Processing tab on the User Preferences window opens. To link a workstation with a No Device configuration, under Credit Card Devices, select the open menu button and then click New. The User Credit Card Device Setup window opens. Select the No Device configuration and then select Save. The No Device configuration is populated in the Credit Card Devices list. Note: Only one No Device configuration can be set up for each practice. If the No Device configuration is the default selection for your work station, select the No Device
