Patient Chart

Select the
Encounters
tab.
In the
Encounters
list on the left, select any encounter.
Right-click and select
Recall
.
The
Patient Recall
window displays existing recalls for the patient.

Appointment Book

Appointment Lookup Window
From the main toolbar, select the Appointments button. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient. Select Find. In the Appointment List section, select the patient’s appointment. Right-click and select Recall. The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient. Print an Individual Recall Letter
An individual Recall Letter can be printed on demand for a patient from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM: Appointment Book Appointment Lookup Window Patient Chart > Encounters Tab Checkin / Checkout AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall Note: Printing an individual recall letter on demand does not update the 1st/2nd/3rd Mailing Date for the recall in the patient's chart. Mailing dates are updated only if a letter is printed or exported in batch mode from the File > Print Forms > Letters > Recall Letters menu.
