On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main menu, select Reports > Snapshots.
The Report Snapshots window opens.
Enter the search criteria that you want to use to locate the report snapshot that you want to view. You can enter one or more of the following criteria:
Description- Enter a description of the snapshot in the Description field.
Report Title- Select the title of the report for which the snapshot was created from the Report Title drop-down list.
Enhanced Report- It indicates if the report is enhanced or legacy.
Created By- Select the name of the user who created the snapshot you want to access in the Created By drop-down list.
Snapshot creation date range- Enter dates in the Create Dt From and the Create Dt To fields to indicate the time frame when the snapshot was created.
Select Find.
The search results display in the Report Snapshots list.
Double-click on the report snapshot you want to view.
The report snapshot opens. You can view but cannot edit the report snapshot.
Note: When you create a snapshot of an enhanced report. On the report toolbar only the search, refresh, and close buttons are enabled.
