When you are logged into an enterprise in File Maintenance, you can create or modify any practice within that enterprise. To create a practice in an enterprise that is different from the one you are logged into, refer to Create a Practice in a Specific Enterprise.
 
 
  - Access File Maintenance, and select .
 
  - Select the Practices icon. 
   
    The Practices List Access window opens.
   
 
  - Select the open menu 
 button and then select New. 
   
    The Practice Defaults tab on the Add Practice Information window opens.
   
 
  - Enter the practice information.
 
  - Click OK. 
   
    The new practice does not display in the Practices List because you do not have access to it. In the System Administrator application, you must add a group to the practice and you must be a member of the group.
