The Sorting configuration enables you to use columns to sort and group the data in the Claim Status report.
Open the Configuration Options list for the Claim Status report and select Sorting.
The Sorting window opens.
To modify the sorting options for the report, select a column, and then select one of the following check boxes for the column.
Ascending: To sort numerical data from lowest to highest, and alphabetical data from A to Z.
Descending: To sort numerical data from highest to lowest, and alphabetical data from Z to A.
To group data on the report by a selected column, click the Group By check box.
To set the order of the selected columns, for example, primary sort or secondary sort, select a column and then use the arrow buttons to change the position of the column.
Do one of the following:
To further customize the report, select the desired filter from theConfiguration Optionslist.
To generate the report using the current configuration options, selectRefresh Report.
To memorize or save the current configuration options for the report, selectSave Report Options.
To close the configuration options window, selectClose.
