Configure Columns for an Enhanced Report

The Columns configuration allows you to select the desired columns and display order for data on a report. Access the Configuration Options window for the desired enhanced report. In the Configuration Options list on the left, select Columns. The Columns window appears. Note: The columns available for selection are different on each report. Modify the Columns as needed for the report. To add or remove columns, do the following: Select the check box to the left of the Column Name to select or deselect the desired columns individually. Right-click in the Column Name column and choose Select All or Deselect All from the menu. To locate a specific column in the list, enter all or part of the Column Name or Description in the Find field at the top of the window. The first column matching the entered text is automatically highlighted. Select Enter or select the right arrow button to locate the next column matching the entered text. Configure Sorting for an Enhanced Report

The Sorting configuration allows you to use columns to sort and group the data on a report. Access the Configuration Options window for the desired enhanced report. In the Configuration Options list on the left, select Sorting. The Sorting window appears. Note: The Sorting options (columns) available for selection are different on each report. Modify the Sorting options as needed for the report. Select a column, and then select one of the following check boxes for the column: Ascending: To sort numerical data from lowest to highest, and alphabetical data from A to Z. Descending: To sort numerical data from highest to lowest, and alphabetical data from Z to A. To group data on the report by a selected column, select the Group By check box. To arrange the selected columns in the desired sort order, for example primary sort, secondary sort, etc, highlight a column and then select the blue up and down arrow buttons to move the position of the column. The Filter 2 configuration allows you to use columns as additional filter criteria for narrowing down the data on a report. Data must match all the defined criteria to appear on the report. Access the Configuration Options window for the desired enhanced report. In the Configuration Options list on the left, select Filter 2. The Filter 2 window appears. Note: The Filter 2 options (columns) available for selection are different on each report. Modify the Filter 2 options as needed for the report. Select a column, then select one of the following for the column, and then enter the specific free-text criteria for the column. For example, Zip equals 19044. Between Equals Not Equals Greater Than Less Than Like When finished, do one of the following: To configure additional filters for the report, select the desired Configuration Options on the left. In addition to Filter 1 and Filter 2, other filters in the Configuration Options list allow you to define criteria for narrowing down the data on a report. Data must match the defined criteria on all filters to appear on the report. Note: The additional filter options available for selection are different for each report. Access the Configuration Options window for the desired enhanced report. In the Configuration Options list on the left, select the desired filter. For example, Diagnosis Codes. The Filter window appears. To select specific filter items, select the Folder button in the upper-left corner of the window. The item selection window appears. To add filter items, select the items in the Available section on the left, and then select the right arrow button to move the items to the Included section on the right.
