Open File Maintenance and select Libraries > Service Package.
The Service Package List window opens.
Select a service package.
The Service Package Maintenance window opens.
Double-click a service package configuration.
The Service Package Configuration Maintenance window opens.
To add a service unit detail row, select the open menu button and then select New.
Note: You can modify an existing service unit by selecting it and making the required updates.
The Add Service Unit Detail window opens.
In the Service Unit Configuration section, do the following:
Enter a free-text description for the service unit configuration in the Description field,.
Enter a value between 1 and 9999 in units or hours in the Service Limit fields. The number represents the maximum service limit for the CPT4 and modifier combination in the Service Detail Configuration section.
Enter a value between 1 and 365 in the Service Duration field that represents the maximum service days for the CPT4 and modifier combination in the Service Detail Configuration section.
In the Service Detail Configuration section, do the following:
Enter a CPT4 code in the CPT4 Code field. You can search for a CPT4 code by selecting .
Enter up to four two-character modifiers for the CPT4 code in the Modifiers fields.
Select Add.
The CPT4 and modifier combination is displayed in the list.
