View a Recall Plan from the Patient Chart > Patient Information Bar
Note: The Show Patient Information Bar check box must be enabled in Practice Preferences > Patient Information Bar > PM tab, and in General User Preferences > Chart tab.
Access the patient’s Chart.
On the Patient Information Bar, do one of the following:
To view Recall Plan, Start Date, Return Date and Event for active recalls, hover over the Recall Plans button.
To access all recalls for the patient, select the Recall Plans button.
The Chart > Clinical History/Notes > Recall topic opens.
The section on the right displays existing recalls for the patient.
