You can create a batch header record to enter payments, refunds, and adjustments for transactions.
 
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
 
  - On the main toolbar, select Posting 
 .
   
    The Batch Posting window opens.
   
 
  - Select open menu  
 , select New, and then select one of the following options:
   
    - Batch to create a batch for anyone in the system, and define the default Process Date or Adjudication Date.
 
    - Enterprise Batch to enter, balance, and post transactions from multiple practices within the same enterprise.
 
    - Quick Batch to create a batch secured to you, using the default system dates and an active status.
 
   
   
    The 
Batch Maintenance window opens. 
    
    
  - Enter the required information for the batch.
 
  - Select OK.
   
    The created batch displays under the Existing Batches list on the  Posting window.
