Search for Text on a Report

The search feature enables you to:
  • View multiple matches of a record
  • Use the Next and Previous buttons to search through the matches
  • View matches in highlighted cells

To use the report search feature, do the following:

  1. From the report toolbar, select Search for Text button.
    The Find window opens.
  2. In the Find what field, enter a search word and then select Find.
    The Number of item(s) found displays at the bottom of the Find window and the matching records are highlighted in yellow on the report. The first matching record is highlighted in orange.
  3. Use the Next and Previous buttons to scroll through the matching records.
  4. To further filter your search results, select the Match case check box.
  5. To exit the Find window, select Cancel.
