Previewing a Report

Previewing a report enables you to see how the report will look once printed. The preview screen has different tools to help you review the information on the report.

The Navigation bar helps you navigate through the report pages. The numbers indicate the page you are currently viewing and the total number of report pages. Select the arrows to move to the first, previous, next, and last pages. You can also use shortcut keys on the keyboard to move from page to page.

You can press the SHIFT key to initiate a cursor that changes to . Then press the left arrow to move to the previous page or press the right arrow to move to the next page.

Select the Magnifying Glass to zoom in and select it again to zoom out. After you select the Magnifying Glass, you can hover the mouse arrow on the page and left-click to zoom in closer or right-click to zoom out farther.

In addition, you can select the arrow next to the Magnifying Glass and choose one of the pre-set selections.

You can press the ALT key. The cursor changes to . Then press the left arrow to zoom out or press the right arrow to zoom in. You can also use shortcut keys on the keyboard to zoom in and out.
