Patient Group Search Criteria
You can use the following Search Criteria on the Patient Group Search window to find specific patient groups.
Field | Description |

Group Name | To find patient groups by Group Name, enter all or part of the name. An asterisk can be used as a wild card character. For example:

Location | To find patient groups by Location, select one or more locations from the list. When multiple locations are selected, patient groups matching any one of those locations are included in the search results.

Clinicians(s)/Facilitator(s) | To find patient groups by Clinicians/Facilitators, select one or more providers from the list. When multiple providers are selected, patient groups matching any one of those providers are included in the search results.

Effective on | To find patient groups by Effective Date, enter a date in MMDDYY format or select the calendar button to select a date. |
Day of the Week | To find patient groups by Meeting Schedule, select the check box for one or more days of the week. No Preference is selected by default. When multiple days are selected, patient groups matching any one of those days are included in the search results. |
Start Time Range | To find patient groups by Meeting Schedule, select a start time range in HH:MM A or HH:MM P format |
Include Expired | To find expired patient groups, select this check box. Groups with an Expiration Date prior to the current system date (today) are included in the search results. |
Include Hidden | To find hidden patient groups, select this check box. Groups with the Hide check box selected are included in the search results with a Hide |
Include Inactive | To find inactive patient groups, select this check box. Groups with the Active check box not selected are included in the search results. |
