History Tab

The History tab on the Add/Edit Appointment window displays a history of all past, present and future appointments for the patient. Confirmed, deleted, retained, and reschedule indicators display for each appointment listed. Users can resize and rearrange the columns to suit their preferences. Users can also sort by each column by selecting the column header, with the exception of the indicator columns.

Select the check box for multiple appointments and then select OK to link those appointments together. This can be helpful when canceling multiple appointments for a single patient. Canceling one of the linked appointments prompts the user to cancel the remaining linked appointments.
