Delete a CPT4/Modifier Combination from a Service Unit Detail

Deleting a CPT4/Modifier combination does not delete other CPT4/modifier combinations within the same Service Unit Detail.

  1. Open File Maintenance.
  2. Select Libraries, and then Service Package.
    The Service Package List window opens.
  3. From the list, select a library and then do one of the following:
    • Select open menu button and select Open.
    • Right-click and select Open.
    The Service Package Maintenance window opens.
  4. From the list, select a service package configuration and then do one of the following:
    • Select Open Menu and select Open.
    • Right-click and select Open.
    The Service Package Configuration Maintenance window opens.
  5. From the list, select a service unit detail and then do one of the following:
    • Select Open Menu and select Open.
    • Right-click and select Open.
    The Service Unit Detail Maintenance window opens.
  6. From the list, select a CPT4/modifier combination to delete and then do one of the following:
    • Select Open Menu and select Delete.
    • Right-click and select Delete.
    The CPT4/modifier combination is deleted and removed from the service unit details.
