You can add a person on the Add Person Information window in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Select File > New > Person.
The People Lookup window opens.
Select New.
The Add Person Information window opens.
Enter the details in the required fields that appear in red color and any additional information you want to include for the person. For more information, see Adding Details for a Person or Patient.

Select OK.
A person record is created in the system. A person becomes a patient only after you add a chart.
