Program with Threshold Rules Report Columns
The Program with Threshold Rules report includes information from the Programs master file in File Maintenance. Information on the report pulls from the Threshold Rules sub-tab of the Practice tab on the Modify Program Information window. The report includes the following information: Column Description Data Populates From Prog Name Program Name Name field on the System. Prog Desc Program Description Description field on the System. Thresh Desc Threshold Description Threshold Rules > Description field on the Practice tab. Eff Dt Effective Date Threshold Rules > Effective Date field on the Practice tab. Exp Dt Expiration Date Threshold Rules > Expiration Date field on the Practice tab. Thresh Payer Threshold Payer Threshold Rules > Valid Payers section of the Practice tab. Generate a Program Listing Report
To generate the Program Listing report, do the following: Access File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Programs. The Programs List window opens. From the list, select a program and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Print > Program Listing. Right-click and then select Print > Program Listing. The Program Listing - Enhanced Report Mode window opens. From the Configuration Options list, select columns, filters and sorting for the report. To generate the report, select Refresh Report. Generate a Threshold Tracking Report for Programs
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Reports menu, select General and then select Threshold Tracking. The Threshold Tracking - Enhanced Report Mode window opens. From the Configuration Options list, select columns, filters and sorting for the report. To generate the report, select Refresh Report. The Threshold Tracking report opens. Note: By default, the report groups the data based on the encounter-level payer. The patients that are enrolled in the threshold program but do not have any encounter for the selected time period, appear as <unknown> in the Threshold Tracking report. Copy a Program
You can copy a program to create another program with the same setup, and then modify the new program as needed. When you copy a program, the following information is copied to the new program: All program requirement settings from the System tab. Alerts/warnings settings from the Practice tab. All settings from the Clinical tab. The following information is not copied to the new program: Threshold rules settings from the Practice tab. Note: Practice access settings are copied to the new program. Open File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Programs. The Programs List window opens. From the list, select a program to copy and then do one of the following: Select Open Menu and then select Copy. Right-click and then select Copy. The Copy Program window opens.
