Assign User Preferences to Users and Groups
- Open System Administrator.
- Select a group or a user.
- On the General tab:
- If you want to apply general user preferences, select a master file in the PM User Prefs - General field.
- If you want to apply scheduling user preferences, select a master file in the PM User Prefs - Scheduling field.
- Select Update.
Any master files you selected disappears from the PM User Prefs fields because the master files have been applied to the associated users.
