Assign User Preferences to Users and Groups

  1. Open System Administrator.
  2. Select a group or a user.
  3. On the General tab:
    • If you want to apply general user preferences, select a master file in the PM User Prefs - General field.
    • If you want to apply scheduling user preferences, select a master file in the PM User Prefs - Scheduling field.
  4. Select Update.
    Any master files you selected disappears from the PM User Prefs fields because the master files have been applied to the associated users.
