Run a Saved Report in File Maintenance

After saving, or memorizing, a report, you can run it whenever necessary.

To run a saved report:

  1. From the Reports menu, select Memorized Reports.
    The Memorized Reports window displays the list of saved reports. Any memorized NextGen® Enterprise PM reports are also included in the list.

  2. Under Report Type, select the kind of report you want to run.
  3. In the list of reports, right-click on the report, and then select Open.
    The filters for the report opens.
  4. Run the report as it was memorized or modify the filter to fit your current needs.
